After 16 years in traditional bedside nursing, AJ Scoble realized that healing is about more than pushing pills. She saw how often women—especially caregivers, healthcare professionals, and nurturers—put everyone else first until they were completely drained. Now, as a Wellness Coach, AJ helps women slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and rediscover joy in the process of caring for themselves.

Her approach blends medical understanding with mindfulness, humor, and compassion. She believes healing doesn’t have to feel heavy—it can start with awareness, curiosity, and even a smile.

AJ helps women in perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause rediscover balance, energy, and peace through integrative wellness coaching.

This season of change isn’t a downfall — it’s an awakening. AJ combines holistic, evidence-based practices with personalized coaching to help you understand your body’s signals, calm your nervous system, and create sustainable habits that restore your vitality.

Through guided support, you’ll learn how to nourish your body naturally, move mindfully, and embrace this next chapter with confidence and clarity. Midlife isn’t about losing who you are — it’s about coming home to yourself.
